Essay

There was proved the necessity to extend on the Ukrainian judges norms of labour legislation with the priority of special legal norms which state differential rules of legal regulation of work of judges. Simultaneous it was emphasized that while solving the issue of a bigger differentiation of the legal regulation of work of judges should consider unity and inadmissibility of imposing restrictions and bans on general labour rights and liberties of man and citizen which are a part of a constitutional status of a person.
