Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex study of theoretical issues concerning forms and types of encouragements for labour achievements of employees. The author gives his own definitions to such notions as "moral" and "financial" encouragements. The positive experience of European countries and countries-members of CIS concerning introduction of encouragements for labour achievements of employees was analyzed. It was proposed to work out regulations on encouraging payments for labour achievements. It was proved that a disciplinary punishment doesn't influence on the possibility of applying to any employee any type of encouragements.
