Yefimenko D. Subjects and Forms of Supervision and Control over Observance of Labour Legislation in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the detailed study of subjects and forms of supervision and control over observance of labour legislation in Ukraine. As a result of scientific analysis there was proposed the range of changes to the current legislation, aimed to improve functioning and activity of subjects of supervision and control and also forms of supervision and control over observance of labour legislation. It was defined the range of factors which have a negative impact on labour market and labour conditions of citizens. It was proposed to make changes in the current legislation aimed to improve the effectiveness of forms of verifying activity.
