Hliborob N. Public legal dispute as a subject of administrative court jurisdiction.

The dissertation is devoted to the researching of the problems of defying the essence of public legal dispute as a subject of administrative court jurisdiction. On the ground of the Code of Administrative Legal Procedure of Ukraine norms and general theoretical provisions of administrative law and process doctrine, analysis of legal practice author develops the notion and features of public legal dispute, proposes the criteria for public and private legal disputes division. Special attention is paid to the problems of subjects of administrative authority determining. The classification of public legal disputes which are the administrative court jurisdiction is offered. The preconditions of effective protection of human and legal entities rights and interests in the public sphere are ascertained.
