Andrunevchyn O. Subjects of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical problems of participation of subjects of authoritative powers in administrative proceedings. Administrative- legal status of Ukrainian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons as members of administrative proceedings are analyzed. Access to courts, European standards of legal proceedings and activity of administrative courts of Ukraine in compliance with them are characterized. Types of administrative-legal disputes, procedural legal capacity of subjects endowed with authoritative powers in administrative court are considered. Conclusions and suggestions for raising effectiveness of administrative courts activity are made.
