Essay

The dissertation deals with the comprehensive research of legal provision of executive proceedings in administrative cases. The genesis of the establishment of the institution of executive proceedings, concepts and principles are considered. A systematic approach to the study of normative-legal provision of executory process in administrative cases is applied. The analysis of the administrative-legal mechanism of regulation of executive proceedings in administrative cases as a component of the mechanism of legal regulation is carried out. Suggestions for the improvement of legal provision of executive proceedings in administrative cases are made.
