Dissertation is devoted to developing the theoretical and methodological principles of financial regulation mechanism of agricultural production and practical recommendations for its implementation in a globalized economy. The economic substance and content regulation are investigated as an economic category and mechanism of financial regulation of agricultural production in a market economy. Scientific principles, methods and factors as elements of scientific methodology of the study subjects are defined. Methodical approaches for the effectiveness of the regulatory financial impact on the character of reproduction processes in the field of agriculture are proposed. Transformational signs of evolution mechanism of financial regulation of the agricultural production in Ukraine are analyzed. The state financial support for the development of the national economy is analyzed. The economic - mathematical modeling based funding factors on the profitability of agricultural enterprises are made. The practice of state regulation of agricultural production in the developed world is shown. A substantial improvement of the existing principles of financial regulation mechanism agrarian economy and its regulatory - legal framework through the adoption of primary laws are worked out. The Strategy of innovation - investment of agrarian economy in the future, anticipating its financial support is proposed.
