Kotlarova V. Logistic approach in a management by the input material streams of cokechemical enterprises

The object of research is the process of management by the input material streams of cokechemical enterprises. The purpose of research is justification and development of the scientific-methodical providing and practical recommendations for the management of by the input material streams of cokechemical enterprises on the logistic approach basis. Methods of research are method of analysis and synthesis; graphical method; structural-functional analysis; technology of inverse calculations; multidimensional scaling; method of expert estimates; correlation and regression analysis, factor analysis. Methodical proposition for a quality evaluation for the process of management of input material streams of cokechemical enterprises which take into account not only the results, but also the parameters of the process; methodical recommendations on calculation for the required size of production reserves which take into account technological aspect of its formation and provide an opportunity to ensure the continuity and safety of the coke-chemical production; methodical approach to the management of the level of satisfaction of bids shops for auxiliary materials and spare parts for the repair works which bases on the technology of inverse calculations and contains a new criterion of distribution of material resources (reference weight of commodity output of the workshop) are got further development. Definition of the notion "logistics approach" content which considered as a method of control based on the process of the different kinds activities integration with a view to ensuring uniformity of the process for its high degree of safety; the theoretical justification of the use of logistics at cokechemical enterprises which extended list of criteria and the conditions of its application by taking into account industry specifics of the management subject and production process specific features are improved. Research results are used in "Zaporozhkoks" (certificate № 3/154 from 25.11.2011 ), "Ukrkoks" (certificate AC - 265 from 16.11.2011 ) and in the educational process of the Kharkov National University of Economics.
