Dissertation is sanctified to research of theoretical, methodical and practical problems of enterprises-participants co-operation of distribution channel. The concept-category vehicle of enterprise co-operation is in-process worked out and specified, in particular, maintenance of concepts "economic valency", "network authentication" are reasonable, their kinds, factors that influence on their determination, classification of co-operation types of enterprises is worked out. Genesis of marketing of partner relationships and role are investigational in forming of effective enterprise co-operation. Forming of base positions of the enterprise co-operation system, methodological approaches and system of indexes of co-operation estimation of enterprises-partners, are certain. Modern progress of furniture market trends in Ukraine are investigational. Enterprise co-operation is analysed in the distribution channel. The estimation of co-operating results is conducted with the customers of enterprises at the furniture market. Recommendations are offered in relation to creation of the proper informative providing of process of partners co-operation. Methodical approaches are worked out in relation to the partners choice. Methodical approaches are certain in relation to the improvement of forming of control system by relationship with the customers of enterprises.
