The object of research -modification of clinical, laboratory, instrumental and morphological characteristics in hypertensive patients with IgA nephropathy and hypertension under the different modes of antihypertensive therapy. The study aim is determining the morphological of IgA nephropathy, clinical manifestations and treatment of hypertension in patients with IgA nephropathy compared with hypertension. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, morphological, statistical. The novelty- developed morphological diagnostic criteria and identified morphological classes of IgA nephropathy; developed criteria effectiveness of pathogenesis and antihypertensive treatment. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Central City Hospital № 1 (Donetsk), Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association, Institute of Urgent and Reconstructive Surgery after named V.K. Gusak (Donetsk), educational-scientific-medical complex "University Hospital" (Donetsk), the education process Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk medical universities.
