Fedoruk A. Transforming of Regional Policy of Ukraine in Context of Processes of European Integration

Object of research - policy development and implementation of regional policy in Ukraine. The purpose of the study - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the provisions, the development of practical recommendations for transforming the regional policy of Ukraine in today with the European integration process. Methods of research - dialectical and abstract logic, system-structural analysis and comparative analysis, historical typology, polycriteria-based and situational approaches. The practical significance of the study is that the recommendations developed in the thesis and the results are the organizational and methodological framework to guide the transformation of regional policy with the deployment of the European integration process. Scientific novelty of the study is that the first time the concept of transformation of the regional policy, which is based on the allocation of its theoretical and methodological, methodical and instrumental levels justified in order to develop the appropriate organizational and methodical mechanism of government with the influence of the European integration process. Conceptual-categorical apparatus, in particular, the content of the category of "a mechanism of formation and implementation of regional policy" as an organized set of processes in time for the implementation of public authorities at the central and regional institutional distributed functions in development and implementation of regional development tools, classification factors in the formation mechanism for the implementation of regional policy on grounds of content, location and hierarchy effects, organizational and methodical transformation mechanism of regional policy of Ukraine with regard to the main areas of implementation of the EU experience in governance of regional development in Ukraine improved. Determine the nature of the concepts of "regional policy", "Methods of regional policy", "tools of regional policy", grouping the main objectives and principles of the formation of the regional policy of Ukraine on this basis, analysis of the impact of the integration processes in the formation of regional policy and content of the mechanisms of its implementation; periodization of stages of formation of regional policy of Ukraine by its substantive content and focus on the use of EU experience in this field; collection of organizational and methodical action to implement the directions of regional policy, given its innovative component of regional cooperation have expanded.
