Morphological,histochemical and lectinohistochemical researches carried out on rat embryos and fetuses from the age of 13 to 21 day of intrauterus development at normal conditions and under influence of terapeutic,subtoxic and toxic doses of enalapril and nifedipine have allowed to determine that enalapril and nifedipine disturbed prenatal organogenesis of lungs.Protein synthesis,maintenance of glycogen,glycoproteins and glycopolymiers have changed in cells of epithelial and mesenchymal germs. It Was found that enalapril has more damaging action on lungs that nifedipine. The expressed of found out violations depends on a dose.Subtoxic doses of enalapril is more aggressive for the organ development.Nifedipine provoke changes in the toxic dose. Therapeutic dose of enalapril and nifedipine has minimal negative effects.
