Essay

Model of generalized anisotropy in different scaled protein networks of biological tissues was proposed and the basic scenarios for the formation and transformation in polarization maps of the azimuth and ellipticity in laser images and their Fourier spectra were analyzed and experimentally approbated. The criteria of the differentiating the polarization properties of polycrystalline networks of blood plasma proteins were determined on the base of variation for statistic, correlative and spectral moments of the 1 st - 4 th order and early diagnosis of prostate cancer was carried out.
