Essay

Basing upon integrated characteristic values for Muller-matrix images, it's been determined the formation scenario for polarization-singular states in laser images of biological tissue. The new method of Muller-matrix singular diagnostics of modifying birefringence of biological fluids was developed and the differentiation of various nosologies was realized for the first time. Discovered the interrelation between 1-point (characteristic) and 2-point (polarization correlation) approaches regarding the Muller-matrix images of polycrystalline biological networks. Polarization correlation for differentiation of benign and malignant changes in histological sections of tumor prostate was implemented for the first time.
