Horbatovska N. Organizational development of industrial enterprises management

The Object of the study scientific work - a processes of management organizing industrial enterprise's development. The Purpose scientific work consists of improvement theoretical and scientificall-methodical basis of organizing management industrial enterprise's development. Exploratory acceptance: analysis and syntheses; statistical; the factorial analysis; the economy-statistical; the method of system dynamic. Theoretical and practical results: result are a methodical development practical offers on organizing of the work with the purpose of the revealing the problems of the development enterprise on miscellaneous stage of life cycles, find out factors of negative influence, development of planes on optimization of the organizing structures of management and increasing level of enterprise's organizing development. Novelty: it is designed a new approach to estimation of efficiency of the organizing development of the machine-building enterprise on base of the use of the system dynamic method and simulation modeling that has allowed the way iteration searching for installing results of the management's organizing system on separate components; the methodical approach is advanced to estimate the results of the enterprise's organizing structure on base of the sub indexing estimation of the relative factors of the economic structure of the enterprise, stuff structure of the enterprise and organizing structure of management enterprise, in which unlike existing the method of the dynamic estimation is used that has gave an advantage to express the trends of the change the factors and reveal the critical spheres activity of the enterprise, which render the direct influence upon the results of organizing structure of the enterprise and it's competitiveness; the methodical approach in order to estimate efficiency of the organizing structures of governing the enterprise, which unlike existing one that takes into account the influence direct and indirect effect on the degree of rationality structural managerial system; rationality of the sharing the tasks, rights and responsibility between different structured sections; rationality of the trained potential and cost-performance of the device of management that allows to reveal the directions of the changes to organizing structure enterprise with the reason of their adaptation to condition external and internal ambience; have got the most further development of the interpretation notion "organizing development", "management of the organizing development", unlike existing separate as object of the development organizing structure enterprises, which includes economic and organizing structure that enables revision of the theoretical conception of the decision of the problems of management organizing development and realization of the organizing development enterprise's system estimation; the managerial system organizing development enterprises, namely elaborated main stages of the process of the estimation and optimization of the enterprise organizing structure as forming organizing development, unlike existing takes into account correlation between organizing development and organizing structure of the enterprise that allows to raise the quality of the taking the management decisions on organizations of the development of the enterprise.
