Kasianova A. Mechanism of the strategy formation to provide economic security of the state

Research object. A process of economic security of the Ukrainian state in modern conditions. Research purpose. Theoretical grounds and practical recommendations to outline the strategy of providing the economic security of the state. Research methods. Methods of scientific cognition, theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, systems theory approach, dialectical, comparative analysis, method of statistics, selective researches, a graphic method. Practical value of the work is the following: worked out recommendations comprise a methodological base to perfect the mechanism of forming the strategy for providing the economic security of the state, interrelation of spheres of economic security monitoring. Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in further development of state economic security concept and classification of national security threats. For the first time it is created the model of mechanism of evaluation of state economic security which is based on the matrix-graphic method to compare the level of the different countries' economic growth and allows to define the real condition of economic processes of the state and primary directions of providing economic security for national economy. There are improved theoretical approaches to form the strategy of economic security by way of development of organizational-economic measures directions in order to implement every stage of development and strategy to provide economic security. The results of the thesis are used in scientific researches in the Research Center of Industrial Problems of Development of Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Chief Economic Administration of Kharkiv Regional State Administration. Some results of the research are used in academic work with the students of the V. N. Karazin Kharksv National University.
