Gritsay N. Government Regulation of Institutional Changes of Trade in Ukraine

The object of the research. Economic processes, defining the institutional changes trafficking as a specific sector of national economy in the context of forming a stable macroeconomic model with the European integration vector of development. The aim of the research. Development and substantiation of the proposals on the organization of state regulation of institutional changes trade of Ukraine. Methods of research. Methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, synergistic, economic-mathematical modeling, macroeconomic analysis, graphics, logical method. The practical value of work consists in the fact that the recommendations are of a theoretical-methodical base on the issues of state regulation of institutional changes trade. Scientific novelty of the results. For the first time developed theoretical approaches concerning the formation of a mechanism of state regulation of institutional change type II in the trade, which points to the priority of the criteria for compliance with the five basic conditions for the existence of the institutional environment of trade and the criteria for the relations between the main agents of the institutional environment of trade to these conditions, on criteria for the increase the formalization and the certainty of the institutional environment of the trade.
