Essay

The analysis of existing structures screw working groups intended for use in technological processes of transport, mixing materials, described the conditions of their operation and how to increase durability of screws. Analytical studies found power load, which creates a flow of grains that form the profile wear of screw revolutions of working. Experimentally studied the dynamics of wear for both series and for the proposed work of screw conveyors. Established design parameters and operating modes in which the screw is achieved efficiently transport material with minimal injury grains. Keywords: transportation, screw the working body, grain material, the intensity of wear life.
