Essay

Dissertation іs devoted to the questions of the modeling of the elements of heating engineering complex of sugar production. The method of determination of concentration and temperature of the beet shaving and diffusive juice is offered for a sloping diffusive vehicle. Dependence of the flow of steam of batch-type vacuum pans equipped with mechanical circulator first product are defined. The results of the concentration waves passage modeling through the stages of a multieffect evaporator as a response to the periodic character of the extra steam consumption of the vacuum pans have been presented.Key words: heat and mass-transfer processes, vacuum pan, multieffect evaporator, mathematic model.
