Nesterov D. Development of regulatory policy in retirement insurance sphere of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to designing methodological approaches to guaranteeing the state balance and the dynamics of developing the pension insurance system. The conceptual foundations of realization the possible versions of developing pension system have been formulated. The directions of guaranteeing the whole package of pension insurance services and the receipt of coefficient of substitution the salary in equal units and higher have been based. The theoretical approaches to forming the financial pension system means stream by unification the accounting procedures and citizens' voluntary contribution payment with cumulative pension system means have been developed.
