Filatov V. International norms implementation in Ukraine’s customs legislation.

The dissertation research work in which the problem of international norms implementation in customs legislation of Ukraine has been examined in complex. The methods of normative ensuring of the customs procedure, the directions of modern customs policy, the content of the concept of implementation and the influence of international norms to the order of the procedure of customs registration and customs control, the role of bodies of state authorities in the process of international norms implementation in the customs legislation have been studied. Having analyzed acting legislation it has been grounded the necessity of its improvement and correspondence to the world standards of customs regulation.7452
