The dissertation is devoted to using the experience of the authorities of foreign countries in combating corruption offenses in Ukraine. Carried out a re¬view of references that reflect the views of scientists on problems of definition of «corruption» and its relationship with organized crime, given characteristic interpretation and application of the concept of «corruption» in the country and abroad. The system of actors against corruption in Ukraine and legal regulation of their activities in this area. The author definition of «administrative and legal mechanism of anti-corruption». Studied the best practices of governments of foreign countries in combating corruption and identified possible ways of its use in Ukraine.
