Dissertation is devoted complex research of administrative legal regulation principles of realization of government control of sphere of markets of financial services in Ukraine.It is carried out analysis of grant of different types of financial services, their classification and features of state influence, on activity of participants of markets of financial services in Ukraine.Investigational problem atiku of improvement of current national legislation in the field of markets of financial services, feature, and lacks of the modern system of organs of the administrative legal adjusting of markets of financial services in Ukraine. Conception of creation of the unique consolidated organ of adjusting and supervision after activity of financial institutions is offered.
