Essay

Object of research: public administration social processes. Purpose: theoretical ground of essence and maintenance of the social advertising and development of directions of perfection of the organizational-legal providing of development of technologies of the social advertising in government activity in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis; questionnaires; logical-semantic; abstractly-logical; statistical; comparative, factor and taxonomical analysis. Results: theoretical ground of essence and maintenance of the social advertising and development of directions of perfection of the organizational-legal providing of development of technologies of the social advertising in government activity in Ukraine. Novelty: in theory the substantive provisions of Conception of development of the social advertising in Ukraine are grounded; theoretical approaches to the estimation of efficiency and classification of technologies of the social advertising in government activity are improved. It is inculcated in activity of central and territorial public authorities of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
