An object is clinical and pathogenetic features of motion of liver cirrhosis. Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of diagnostics and treatment in the 120 patients; novelty - in securities found that the extent of disease progression observed strengthening processes of endogenous intoxication, activation of free radical oxidation, depletion of antioxidant system and increased production of fibrogenesis markers, which reduces the detoxication function of liver. For the first time developed a comprehensive scheme of treatment using drugs antral and lactulose on the basis of their proven therapeutic effects, which makes it possible to improve efficacy and limit the progression of the process.
