Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study of clinical and pathogenic features of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in combination with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The examination results of the patients with IBS in combination with COPD allowed to deepen the picture of clinical and pathogenic features of this combined pathology, describe vegetative, metabolic and immunological violations. As a result of the conducted treatment with the use of hepon in the basic group of the patients the positive dynamics of clinical and immunological indexes, which was characterized by achievement of clinical remission, took a place. Use of adaptol in the period of medical rehabilitation decreased or liquidated displays of hypohondric and anxiously hypochondric syndromes, decreased of lipoperoxidation activity, increased activity of antioxidant systems enzymes. At 72 patients (83,7%) this positive dynamics in a period till three months from the beginning of medical rehabilitation and stable saving to the year in most patients of I group (45 persons - 95,7%), who additionally got adaptol.
