Essay

The thesis deals with the research of clinical and pathogenetic features of bronchial asthma of moderate severity clinic course, associated with chronic uncalculous cholecystitis, and with the improvement of the treatment efficiency and rehabilitation measures in the patients with such comorbided pathology. Changes in clinical, immune, cytokine status, content of nitric oxide metabolites, as well as more evident (than in patients without a chronic uncalculous cholecystitis) endogenic metabolic intoxication syndrome. Inclusion such preparations tiotriazolinum and atoxil in complex treatment, and Glycyrrhiza root syrup in medic rehabilitation contributes to the diminishing of clinical manifestations of comorbide disease, improvement of immune and cytokine status and diminishing manifestations of endogenic metabolic intoxication syndrome
