Loga V. Investigation of false reports of threats to citizens, destruction or damage of property.

The thesis is devoted to research of bases of methods of investigation false reports about threat of citizens' safety, destruction or damage of properties and directions of its improvement. In work it is given characteristic of this type of crime, foreseen in the article 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, it is paid attention to the differentiation of certain elements of criminological characteristics depending on the preparation of the commission of the crime, place of receipt of the message, its method, time and purpose of false reports of a threat to public safety. Based on the analysis of special literature and practice of investigation of false reports of threat to citizens' safety, destruction or damage of properties are determined circumstances, that subject to establishment and proof, factors, affecting on the timeliness of decision of the question about defection of a criminal case. Depending on the availability of information about a crime and the person who committed it, was defined and revealed the essence of typical situations in case for that category of crimes, were suggested algorithms of investigator's actions for their solution. In developed by a candidate for a degree methodical recommendations were considered current issues and was defined the system of methodological recommendations of realization of specific investigative actions in investigating these crimes.
