Beznosuk A. Guarantees of maintenance of reliability of indications suspected and accused.

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical issues, related with the legislative fixing of criminal procedure guarantees. of authenticity of testimonies suspected and defendant, and also exposure of blanks and failings in this sphere taking into account the proper positions of Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine and achievements of legal science. In this work on the basis of generalization of literary sources and information of questionnaire of investigators of ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine urgent questions are analysed that did not find the sufficient setting of norms in operating criminal procedure code of Ukraine in part of interrogation suspected or defendant and determination of judicial guarantees of authenticity of their testimonies. On the basis of expounded material, formulated scientifically grounded suggestions, directed on perfection of legal regulation of judicial actions, to development of tactical receptions and means of reliable testimonies in the criminal legal proceeding of Ukraine. Generalization of the got results gave possibility to offer the row of changes and adding to operating criminal procedure code of Ukraine and his project.
