Object - the process of the buildup of the value-based management strategy for enterprises. Purpose - the development of theoretical concepts, methodological approaches and recommendations to the process of the buildup of the value-based management strategy of confectionary enterprises. Methods - systemic and structural analysis, economic-statistical, formalization, modeling. Novelty - the mechanism of the buildup of the value-based management strategies and the factorial models are developed. Іt is introduced in the activities of the Head Statistical and Head Economic Departments of Ternopil Regional State Administration, PAC "ТерА". The application of the study is economics and management of enterprises.
