Dyudina I. Functional activity of pulp to keeping in prepare of teeth for treatment unremovebl dentures (experimental-clinical research)

The dissertation work is dedicated to the question of tooth receptor apparatus rehabilitation at stages of unremovable dentures treatment by means of experimentally and clinically proven method. The method developed consists in using antigomotoxic preparation and domestic light-cure adgesive complex being brought on tooth stump advanced to treatment by means of full casting unremovable dentures. As it has been determined histologically, using this method results in quality recovery processes of odontoblastes, main dentine substance improvement as well as intensive calcification being observed, that promotes decreasing of after operating trauma manifestation. The changes in odontoblasts layer were of adaptation-compensatory character, odontoblast regeneration processes were full-blown. The state of pulp being checked clinically by means of electroodontometria showed no decrease in tooth sensitivity while applying the method developed. Likewise, tooth receptor apparatus analysis by means of the developed masticating pressure assessment method detected no important changes in data rates.
