Кlyuchenko V. Phosphate mobilizing bacteria in the agrocenosis of winter wheat of southern Steppe Ukraine

Dissertation work is devoted to learning of efficiency joint application of microbial preparations on the base of phosphate mobilizing bacteria and mineral fertilizers by cultivating of winter wheat. Influence of microbe preparations on the dynamics of quantity ecologo-trophic groups of microorganisms, activity of phosphatase and intensivity of CO2 excretion in rhizosphere of winter wheat has been investigated. The influence of seed pressowing treatment on nutritious level of southern chernozem in rhizosphere of winter wheat in condition of field experiments were showed. The elements technology of effective joint application of microbe preparations and mineral fertilizers by cultivating of winter wheat under agriclimatic conditions of southern Steppe Ukraine has been developed. It was showed, that seed pressowing treatment by biopreparations and using mineral fertilizers (P30) provide increase of quality of grain production: rise content of protein, amino acids and gluten, also increase profitability on 53-60% and bioenergy efficiency.
