Essay

This thesis is dedicated to theoretical and practical aspects of determining the nature of administrative personality of legal entities in private law. An analysis of legislative instruments is provided, with a purpose of identifying the circumstances governing the origin, modification and termination of the administrative personality of legal entities in private law, and its elements. The thesis also provides motivation and support for a series of suggestions concerning amendments and supplements to valid administrative legislation, in order to eliminate the identified gaps, and improve the efficiency of administrative legal control.
