Essay

The formation of agrochemical service is investigated. It is determined the reasons for reduction the efficiency of chemicalization for the recent years. The organizational and economical mechanism of agrochemical enterprises services activity on cooperative principle within the cluster is developed. It is proposed the creation of agrochemical cluster considering the structural elements of organizational and economical mechanism that regulates economical relations. The efficiency of clustarization is defined and the expediency of its creation is proved.
