Essay

The examines the administrative and legal issues of responsibility prosecutors. The paper characterizes the legal responsibility of the prosecution, to its views and principles. Analysis of the legal framework of the legal responsibility of the prosecution and identified them as subjects of legal liability. Special attention is paid to the analysis of problems arising from the use of prosecutors disciplinary and administrative penalties. Investigated the reasons for and types of disciplinary measures against this category of employees.
