Fihurskiy V. Methodology of crime investigation connected with non-payment of salaries, grants, pensions and other disbursements fixed by law.

Theoretical and practical questions of crime investigation connected with non-payment of salaries, grants, pensions and other disbursements fixed by law are considered in the given thesis. Main structural elements of criminalistic characteristics of the analysed crime have been singled out and analysed. Organisational and tactical characteristics of the conduct of preliminary check up of the information about the non-payment of salaries (and other disbursements fixed by law). Investigation proceedings typical of every stage of investigation in the analysed categories of cases have been classified and optimal enumeration of investigators, investigation proceedings, operative-investigative and other organisational actions for their solution have been generalized. Proposals and recommendations for the improvement of planning and organization of the analysed type of crime have been formulated. Grounds and measures of prevention and overcoming of investigation counteraction and peculiarities of criminalistic preventive measures in the cases dealing with the crimes fixed in article 175 of Penal Code of Ukraine have been defined. Specific features of organization and tactics of particular investigative actions in this category of cases (i.e. seizure, search, examination of documents, interrogation, legal expertise).
