Hovpun O. Investigation of road-transport events under the conditions of driver's disappearance and the traffic vehicle from the place of crime.

The thesis is a study in which the monographic level explored the 'investigation of a traffic event that is complicated by the disappearance of the driver from the scene of the accident. In the manuscript of criminal and legal description of an offense under the Criminal Code article 286 complicated leaving party accident scene, examined the elements of criminological characteristics of this crime, the circumstances, subject to installation. The features of the criminal case are determined; the examples of typical situations, the preliminary stage with further investigation, special process of separate investigations, review of the event, examination, training materials and the appointment of a typical complex forensic examination, investigation of the interaction of available units of law enforcement agencies are determined. The result is the formation of research proposals aimed at improving law enforcement in the investigation of offenses under the Criminal Code of Ukraine article 286 that has complicated wrongful disappearance of the driver who is also the participant of the accident scene.
