Udenko T. Specific proceedings in cases of people's trading: in the context of international standards.

The essence of international legal assistance is exposed in criminal cases of people's trading. The development of Ukrainian legislation on human trafficking in the context of international standards is investigated. The comprehensive list of circumstances which are subjects to proof in cases of people's trading based on the requirements of the criminal law, criminal procedural law and practical investigation of these cases. The classification range of law enforcement and other state bodies, non-governmental organizations are appointed, that are engaged in activities for the prevention and combating people's trading. The features of certain investigative actions are considered, including the acts of trafficking by an organized group. The use of specific features to prepare victims to their interrogation is emphasized; the specific measures to question juvenile and minor victims are mentioned. The use of special knowledge in relation to judicial examination is appointed and the ways to receive evidence - based information on the proceedings in cases of people's trading are examined.
