3. The object of the research is the providing of small enterprises’ development. The aim of the work is a scientific analysis and generalization of existent ways of small enterprises’ development, creation of complex-innovative directions of their innovative development in the conditions of unstable economy. The author used the methods of classification and systematization, structural analysis and synthesis, comparative and statistical analysis, dynamic and nonlinear programming. A theoretical value consists in development of theoretical positions in relation to essence of concept vehicle in the field of innovative activity, which means the introduction of new determination - "innovative-complex providing" development of small enterprises and forming and untiing the tasks of the optimization of investing structure into activity of small enterprises on the criterion of income increase, and also in the improvement of scientifically-methodological facilities to the study of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development, which essence consists in an estimation and analysis of correlation of two most optimal directions - specialization and diversification and methodology of determination of economic efficiency of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development. A scientific novelty is the strategy of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development on the basis of construction of hierarchical pyramid, that, unlike existing, consists in possibility of complex introduction in activity of small enterprises, both one or few innovative directions. The article of research are theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of organization of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises. Recommendations of the author are used for realization of economic calculations at a choice to the sector of investing and calculations in relation to a sporadic portfolio construction. The sphere of using of author’s recommendations are domestic machine-building enterprises, higher educational establishments, government bodies.
