The dissertation investigates the theoretical and practical positions and disclosure of methodological approaches to the conversion of agricultural enterprises in fiscal management techniques and developing the mechanism of its use. The requirements are formulated for management of agricultural enterprises in a competitive environment, which provide a significant decentralization of management, which practically can be achieved through the use of budget managemen.
