Object of the study is process of the shaping and operating the system of ecological oriented management enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and motivation practical recommendation on shaping of ecological oriented management enterprise. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, theoretical generalization and comparisons, system speakers, genetic algorithm, system approach, econometric of the analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the new decision of the actual task of the shaping of ecological oriented management enterprise; instruments of the forecasting to economic activity, account and analytical information handling comparatively financial and nature-safe a result of the management. Novelty is the most further development theoretical and scientifically-practical positions on shaping of ecological oriented management enterprise. Degree of the introduction by Ministry guard surrounding natural ambience of the Ukraine, QJSC "Ukrainian research and design-design institute of home machine building", SLL "Donbass Plus" and QJSC "NORD". Sphere of use is industrial enterprises.
