Object of the study is processes of the shaping to strategies of the development enterprise. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on forming the strategy of enterprises development under tax reformation conditions. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, economic generalization, tax planning and tax management, decision making and scenarios, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the new approaches to development of the strategies of the development enterprise on base of the analysis macroeconomic consequence of the tax reforms; recommendations on development Ukrainian industrial enterprise.
