Object of the study is production processes of the industrial enterprise. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and development of the methodical provision of increasing to efficiency of reengineering production process of the industrial enterprise. Methods of research are dialectical, analysis and syntheses, statistical processing and analytical grouping data, system analysis, economic and mathematical, in abstract-logical approach. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining conceptual bases reengineering production processes industrial enterprise; offers for realization project reengineering production processes under complex use the methods of benchmarking and outsourcing. Novelty is development of the theoretical positions, development scientifically-methodical approach and practical recommendation for using reengineering production processes as instrument of the improvement to production activity industrial enterprise in market condition.
