Essay

Object - the state of antioxidant system with the introduction of cluster rhenium compounds of different configurations. Aim - to investigate the influence of cis-and trans-dicarboxylate dirhenium on morphological and biochemical parameters of blood in the development of tumors and their interaction with albumin and superoxide dismutase in vitro. Methods - circular dichroism, colorimetry, spectrophotometry, spectrofluorymetry and cytochemical methods. It was the comparative study of cis-and trans- dicarboxylate dirhenium on models of tumor growth and isolated blood proteins. The advantage dicarboxylate dirhenium cis-configuration in comparison with trans- dicarboxylate on tumor growth inhibition was shown while preserving red blood cell system. It was found that rhenium compounds in vitro interact with proteins, and alter the secondary structure of red blood cell superoxide dismutase, but does not affect the activity of the enzyme. A possible mechanism of influence of various cis-and trans- dicarboxylate dirhenium on the redox status of the body was propoused. Scope - organizations of medical and biological profile.
