Object: the evaluation process of economic efficiency for implementing investment decisions and financial feasibility. Purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological approaches and mechanism of efficiency investments. Methods: the synthesis and processing of statistics, economics and mathematical modeling. A methodical approach to analyzing and evaluating financial feasibility of investment decisions is developed, methodological approach to assess the time factor is improved. In the given paper it is improved the methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the investment project. Scope: enterprises and organizations of engineering.
