Dyvak M. Administrative and Legal Foundations of Quality Management of Personnel Provision in the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the clarification of current state of personnel provision in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine. Quality management was characterized as a notion of administrative and legal science. There were defined the principles, tasks and functions of quality management of personnel provision in the bodies of internal affairs. The administrative and legal status of subjects executing quality management of personnel provision in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine was ascertained. There were characterized the legal foundations of quality management of personnel provision in the bodies of internal affairs and determined the place of administrative and legal regulation among them.
