Kizlo M. Formation and economic evaluation of control systems of industrial enterprises

The objects of research are the processes of formation and evaluation of control systems of industrial enterprises. The aim is to develop theoretical basis and applied recommendations in the sphere of formation and economic evaluation of control systems of industrial enterprises. The author used the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization, questioning, expert appraisal and empirical research, analogy and system approach series, analysis of the distribution, correlation and regression analysis, the index method and mathematical analysis. The theoretical value of the results of the thesis appears in clarification of the essence of the terms "controlling", "control system", the argumentation of the principles of control, development of the classification of control systems. Scientific novelty is seen in the model of determination the general level of control at which the effectiveness of control system of industrial enterprises will be the highest in certain time interval (the maximum limit of control), by establishing econometric correlation between the level of economic efficiency of control system and the general level of control. The subject of research is seen in theoretical and methodological principles and applied basis of formation and economic evaluation of control systems of industrial enterprises. Author's recommendations are used to increase the efficiency of formation and evaluation of control systems of industrial enterprises. Author's recommendations are implemented in domestic industry enterprises.
