Zhurko T. Agreement of economic interests is in the system "investor-enterprise" on the principles of utility function

An object of the research is a process of agreement of economic interests in the system "investor-enterprise". The purpose of dissertation thesis is development of theoretical and practical recommendations in relation to the agreement of economic interests in the "investor- enterprise" system on the principles of the utility function. The author has used such methods as: theoretical generalization, systematization, analysis and comparison, economic analysis, statistical groupings, selective observations, expert surveying, methods of game theory, theories of conflicts, decision making, economical-mathematical, game-theoretical simulation. The theoretical value of thesis results consists of development of such concepts as "utility of the subjects of investment process", "interests of the subjects of investment process", "conflict of the subjects of investment process", as well as monitoring of economic interests evolution in the "investor-enterprise" system, research of economic nature of utility, generalization of methods and mechanisms of interests agreement of investment process participants on the principles of utility function. The practical value of the results consists of development of methods of considering the interests of the subjects of investing as a condition to increase an economic efficiency of investment activity and methods of building the utility functions for the subjects of investment process. The scientific novelty of the received results contains the development of theoretic-methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to the agreement of economic interests in the "investor-enterprise" system on the principles of utility function. Dissertation thesis results can be used for the improvement of management of enterprises investment activity to increase the efficiency of the usage of the attracted investment resources. The author's recommendations may be applied at the enterprises of industrial complex.
