This thesis covers the issues of development of theoretical framework for obtaining special purpose expansive and strained cements with modified quicklime based additives.An impact of saccharides and complex chemical additives on СаО hydration has been examined. Referring to the results of the experimental researches, optimal conditions for hardening as well as a fractional composition of fillers intended to obtain non-shrinking fine-grained concretes have been determined.By creating a positive effect, gypsum additive has been proved to form a crystalline carcass out of portlandite due to lime hydration hardening.
