The processes of market-oriented planning of output production are the research object. The theoretical and methodic principles of market-oriented planning of industrial enterprises output production and practical problems of estimation and optimization of planed calculation risks are the research subject. The development of theoretical and practical recommendations for of industrial enterprises output production planning for the enterprise effective activity in the conditions of market economy is the research aim. The research methods are: systemic analysis and synthesis, grouping, economic and statistical, marketing analysis, tabular, graphical, economic and mathematical modeling, economic and statistical modeling, competitive analysis and methods of compromise programming. The model of current market-oriented planning of output production on the basis of competitive analysis usage while including additional variables, which describe the competitors' output production volume and allow to define the most competitive types of output while comparing their economic features with those of the enterprise and soundly form the optimal assortment have been firstly developed. The method of consecutive formation of totality of coordinated market-oriented plans of industrial enterprise output production while using the concept of product life cycle, elements of information technology "data mining", marketing technology "benchmarking" and presenting the polycriteria models of optimal planning of output production taking into account enterprises' and customers' aims, methodic principles of strategic market-oriented planning of industrial enterprises output production in the conditions of partial forecast of external environment variables have been improved. The categorical apparatus in the sphere of production planning that allowed to form the definition of the term "market-oriented planning of enterprise output production", the list and content of development stages and fulfillment of market-oriented plan of enterprise output production, methodic principles for definition of risk spheres and its optimization in strategic, current and operative and calendar planning have been developed. The research results have been embedded in machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
